In our fully equipped machine shop we can turn, mill, drill saw and slit components. Employing advanced CNC machines we produce precision components to the tightest of tolerances from an extensive range of high-performance composites, insulation materials, and plastics.

Tools are maintained in our own fully equipped tool room. This allows us flexibility and speeds up the manufacturing process to ensure the shortest lead-time.

Components are manufactured from our extensive range of electrical insulating and engineering materials, which include AAVF laminated tube, laminated FR sheet, vulcanized fibre, presspahn, polyester glass, silicone glass etc, plus many other engineering plastics.
